FAQS
What should I expect during a session? Is my chest completely undraped during a chest/breast massage?
You can choose to have your chest undraped to work directly on the skin, or work can be done through a sheet. The underarm and neck areas are lymphatic regions opened with light gentle massage called manual lymphatic drainage therapy to promote drainage and of the breast tissue.
Why is breast massage helpful?
Breasts are an integrated part of the chest and shoulder muscles. Adhesions, myofascial restrictions and postural habits can contribute to pain and soreness. Bra wearing habits can also create muscle tension in the neck, shoulders, upper back and ribs. Specific breast massage techniques can help relieve this discomfort. I am happy to share with you bra/camisole resources and suggestions for your comfort needs.
